These terms govern the Scorza creator refund offer described at scorza.com/get-50-back. By submitting a claim you agree to them.
1. Who can claim
The offer is open to anyone who has bought a Scorza subscription directly from scorza.com and whose subscription is active and paid for at the time they claim. It is not open to orders placed through a third-party retailer, to orders bought with a promotional code that already discounted the subscription, or to Scorza employees and their households.
2. What you have to post
Your video must be publicly posted to Instagram or TikTok, must feature Scorza, and must show your own Scorza stats on screen — your heatmap, sprint map, distance, top speed or any other screen from the Scorza app. It must tag @scorzafootball on the platform you posted to and include the hashtag #scorza.
The video must be your own original content. It must not contain anything unlawful, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights. It must not imply that Scorza endorses a third-party brand, and it must not make performance or medical claims about Scorza that we have not made ourselves.
You may post as many videos as you like. There is no limit on attempts.
3. The view thresholds

Views are counted on a single post, as reported by Instagram or TikTok, and must be organic. Views obtained through bots, view-selling services, engagement pods, or any form of paid promotion or boosting do not count. Views across several posts are not added together.
If a post that already earned you £25 later reaches 20,000 views, we will top your refund up to the full £49.99 — you do not have to start again.
4. How to claim
Email contact@scorza.com with:
- A link to your post.
- A screenshot showing the view count.
- The email address you used to buy Scorza.
One claim per order. Where an account holds more than one subscription, only one refund may be claimed per subscription.
5. Verification
We verify every claim. The post must still be live and public when we check it. We may ask for further evidence, including access to the post’s insights.
We may decline a claim, at our discretion, where the view count cannot be verified, where views appear to be inorganic, where the video does not meet the requirements in section 2, or where the claim appears to be fraudulent or made in bad faith. If we have already paid a refund and later find the claim did not qualify — including where the post is deleted or made private shortly after payment — we may reverse it or charge the amount back to your subscription.
6. How we pay
Refunds are paid to the original payment method used for the purchase, normally within 14 days of us verifying the claim. Refunds are made in pounds sterling. We do not pay refunds by bank transfer, cash, gift card or account credit.
A refund under this offer does not cancel your subscription, does not change your renewal date, and does not entitle you to return the Scorza Performance Vest. If you subsequently cancel and claim a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee or our returns policy, any amount already refunded under this offer will be deducted from what you are owed.
7. Your content
By claiming, you grant Scorza a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, edit, distribute and display your submitted video and any stills from it, on Scorza’s own channels — including our website, social accounts, email, app and paid advertising — for as long as we choose. You confirm that you own the content and that everyone identifiable in it has agreed to this.
You keep ownership of your video. You can ask us to stop using it by emailing contact@scorza.com; we will stop using it in new placements as soon as we reasonably can, though we may not be able to withdraw it from placements already published or distributed.
8. Changes and withdrawal
We may change or withdraw this offer at any time, including capping the number of refunds available. Claims for posts that had already met a threshold before the change was published will be honoured under the terms in force at that time.
9. General
This offer is made by Scorza. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, TikTok or Meta. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights. Personal data you send us as part of a claim is handled in line with our privacy policy.
